Rental Agent - George - George2013-04-25
The position of Rental Agent has become available in George. The appointed person will be responsible for the collection and delivery of vehicles to customers, deal with rental enquiries, bookings and telephone calls and carry out clerical work.
Responsibilities:

Receiving enquiries from the public both in person and by telephone take bookings and inform the customer of rates etc.

Booking customers by entering details into the system

Checking customer’s identification and driver’s licenses, draw up rental contracts and process payments

Ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers for collection and explain the operational workings of the vehicle to the customer

Checking returned cars for damage etc.

Arranging for returned cars to be cleaned and refueled, ready for the next customer.

Collating of all transactions into a daily report and balance cash and till.

The appointed person will be required to work shifts, including weekends and be able to work quickly and efficiently under stressful conditions.
