From late 2013, South Africa will host the most ambitious attempt yet made on the world land speed record. For the past two years, a team of 317 previously unemployed people have been clearing a desert track for a 1 000 mph car, in the process creating their own world record: the largest land mass cleared by hand.

He has performed at various festivals in the UK and USA and at recitals at La Cite in Paris, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and the Tonhalle in Zurich.
