Content requirements for site and layout plans

The layout plan must include the erf number, northern point, nearest named cross street, street front, site dimensions, building lines, servitude/right of way width, colored proposed buildings, uncolored existing buildings/structures/pools, demolished buildings in dotted line, site ground level(s), lowest floor level, position of municipal services/access point, on-site parking/loading bays, plans/sections/elevations for every building, room purpose, plumbing details, fenestration/insulation details satisfying energy use requirements of National Building Regulation XA. The minimum requirements must comply with SANS104000-A.
