Following the success of the 2017 Wilderness festival which grew from a small festival in 2016, the picturesque village of Wilderness on the N2 has proven to be an excellent venue for the Festival.
Despite the unfortunate cancellation of Sedgefield’s Slow Festival, visitors and residents of the Garden Route can still look forward to an exciting family orientated festival, the Wilderness Festival set to take place for three days during the Easter school holidays, April 13 – 15.
The Wilderness Hotel will once again house the main venue with food and liquor stalls, while the garden and lawns surrounding the sparkling pool will provide a superb background for activities as well as the main music stage where in 2017 Anton Goosen and Andre Schwartz entertained the crowds.
More activities will spill over onto the commons, where ample parking is available. We are also looking forward to the return of The Summer Music colour Run in 2018.
We aim to make it a truly memorable community project. We are looking forward to welcome visitors to the Wilderness Festival, 13 to 15 April 2018.
