R2S is a challenging triathlon from the whale watching waters of Hermanus, through the Hemel & Aarde valley wine route, culminating in the historic & picturesque Stanford village.

We’ve been told by those who know, that it must be one of the most scenic half iron distance courses in the world. And we like to agree.

Bring your family and friends for a fun day out at the finish line on the Stanford Green where they can enjoy a morning fun run/walk then watch the main protagonists do battle while enjoying local artisanal foods, wine, music and beer. It's a countryside vibe with something for everyone.
