The Rheenendal Ramble is a route designed to share the history and tales of the Knysna forest, the Knysna woodcutters, the Millwood Gold rush and of course the Knysna elephants.

It offers activities for both the young and the old, including:
Walking trails through the indigenous Knysna forest, informative guided tours, overnight hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, birding, bee keeping courses, guided mine tours, picnics, kloofing, swimming and simply just relaxing.
