The annual Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival is finally here!  The popular Oystercatcher Oyster Shucking Competition presented by Tabasco takes place on Tuesday, July 10 at 18:30.

Here individuals, using a shucker, are timed in a race to see who can open 24 oysters in the fastest time.

It is a fantastic spectator sport as competitors work in a frenzy amidst lots of cheering from the crowds.
