C Flat is a multi-storied seaside self catering apartment building approximately 80 metres from a swimming beach.

The apartments situated on the first and second floor are accessible by an internal communal stairwell. One parking space in the lock-up garage is available per apartment.

The apartments are equipped with cutlery and crockery, linen, bedding, electric blankets, heaters, a built-in braai in Middle C and a Weber Barbeque in High C, toaster, kettle, fridge with a freezing compartment, microwave, hob and oven with an extractor fan, dishwasher, 5kg washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There is a gas camping one plate cooker for loadshedding and LED rechargeable light, to be used in the event of power outages. There is a small lock up safe in the main bedroom. A starter pack of dish washing detergent and tablets, liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner is provided. This is a no-smoking establishment.
