A warm African welcome to this website. We hope that through these images you can experience the beauty and nature of Africa.

The images contained in this site are photographs taken in various National Parks, nature conservation areas and wetlands in Southern Africa as well as wildlife conservation areas in East Africa and Zambia.

All the images are the work of nature photographer John Bryant. He has spent many years traveling in Southern African National Parks and also the plains of East Africa and continues to build on his collection of "Images of Africa". His major focus is on birds of the region, but John also captures the other elements of nature which make up the unique character of Africa.
