The Self Catering Holiday Accommodation in Sedgefield, Garden Route, South Africa consists of a double storey freestanding house situated in a large walled garden with fenced swimming pool and build in BBQ. On the ground level is an open plan lounge with double sleeper couch, dining room, bar and granite topped kitchen with freestanding stove. The living area leads out through two doors to the entertainment and swimming pool area. There is a bathroom on this level with loo, basin and shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed and leads out to a small deck with the second bedroom with a double bed and third bedroom with two single beds also leads out to the small deck with external staircase to the garden and pool area. There is a bathroom on this level with a loo, basin and bath.

Bath and Pool towels are provided and the house is fully equipped. DSTV Premium is offered for Guest use.
There is an Air conditioner downstairs in the living area and upstairs in the Main Bedroom.

Sedgefield is a coastal town on the Garden Route in the Western Cape province of South Africa. It is situated on the N2 national road, between George (38km - 36min) and Knysna (24km - 23min). The town offers beaches and bird-watching activities to the holiday revellers preferring its all-year mild weather. The laid-back rustic village atmosphere is reflected in the town�s motto of being a place where �the tortoise sets the pace�. Sedgefield is the first African member of the Cittaslow movement. A popular attraction is the Wild Oats market which attracts large numbers of tourists and residents from the region every Saturday morning with fresh produce and local crafts. A golf course (the �Fynbos Links�) provides a short course for those wanting a casual game of golf whilst on holiday with George offering the prestigious Fancourt Golf Course and Knysna with Pezula & Simola Golf Courses for the more serious Golf Enthusiasts.

Sedgefield lies in the heart of what is known as South Africa�s Lakes District and is well known for its pristine beaches, water sports and paragliding. To the west of Sedgefield lies Swartvlei, a popular camping and fishing destination and to the east lies Groenvlei, a freshwater lake famous for bass fishing.

The Goukamma Nature Reserve and the Wilderness National Park offer visitors plenty of bird watching opportunities as well as walks through indigenous fauna and flora. This area is a bird watchers paradise with over 250 listed species

With a huge selection of water sources, Swartvlei is popular for swimming, canoeing, windsurfing as well as good fishing for the enthusiastic angler. Gerickes Point is a well-known landmark of the area and a popular spot for spear fishing amongst the beautiful rock formations.

For those that want to indulge in other activities there is cycling, horse riding, golf and tennis available; and let�s not forget the Wild Oats Community Farmers Market every Saturday morning which offers delicious, healthy products for everyone.
