The T2S (Tower2Sea) is the DOWN-RUN route of the SEA2TOWER. The T2S starts at the top of the Knysna Forest at the Buffeslnek Fire Tower and finishes on Thesen Island in Knysna.  There are 4 routes to choose from, offers a variety of distances that cater for most fitness levels.

It is a very challenging yet beautiful route with epic views where runners will start at the Buffelsnek Fire tower and wind their way down through the Knysna forest, before finishing at Sea-Level on Thesen Island. Runners can expect spectacular views over the surrounding forest and mountains and lush trails through the Knysna forest.
